This is a class that begin with basic steps and finish with more advanced moves and burning fat while doing it! We will be jamming to Soul R&B, Afro Beats, & More!

Includes Soul Line Dance Instructing of continuous music played for an hour from beginners to advanced soul line music played. A couple of break songs played throughout.

It brings together drumsticks, a yoga ball and a rope handle tub and we create one of the most fun workouts you’ll ever do. Using a yoga ball and the floor as your drum, and mixing in fun moves, cardio drumming turns keeping a rhythm into a workout you won’t want to stop while listening to Latin music, AfroBeats, Pop, Reggae & More!
