Our most popular requested fitness class is our Cardio Drumming. Cardio Drumming is where we bring together drumsticks, a yoga ball and a rope handle tub and we create one of the most fun workouts that you will ever do. Using a yoga ball and the floor as your drum, and mixing in fun moves, cardio drumming turns keeping a rhythm into a workout you won’t want to stop while listening to Latin, AfroBeats, Pop, Soca, R & B, Reggae & More. This class is great for all levels and ages. This can also be done sitting in a chair.

Other fitness classes offered are Soul Line Dance, Mindfulness, Yoga, Chair Aerobic and more.
